It is even possible, in this “family” use framework, to add the OnlyOffice option to edit Office documents online and work with a limited number of people. 

The Dedicated Cloud Server offers are sized to meet the needs of professionals. Powerful, scalable, secure, the servers are delivered configured within 4 to 48 hours generally, under your own domain name, and you have control of your cloud, directly manage your users and groups and activate Nextcloud applications as you see fit. We manage the servers, cloud updates and backups.

The Mini Dedicated Cloud Server offer is based on the principles of the Dedicated Cloud Server offer, with less performance and without the functions of collaborative work on Office documents. More accessible for small structures or to start before moving on to the full offer (possible without service interruption).

The Perso offer is suitable for personal, simple use. You do not have access to the administration panels of a user community. But it is possible to share your documents with other cloud users and even with external people (except OnlyOffice collaborative editing functions).

On the Dedicated Cloud Server and Mini Cloud Server offers, no limitation from us. You manage your user accounts and create your groups as you wish. Our recommendations for a good functioning :

Good to know: the number of users is given as an indication, it strongly depends on the number of simultaneous connections (mobile applications and synchronization clients) as well as the number and type of applications installed on the server.

Backups :

• Nextcloud keeps your deleted files in a recycle bin: restoration in 1 click from the web interface (via the recycle bin at the bottom left).

• Zaclys keeps a backup copy of the files stored in your cloud on an independent server 400 km away (Roubaix -> Strasbourg).
